As a retired chef may I make a suggestion about the burger meat. The next time to hurry up the cooking and to make it cook evenly, This may sound silly but use your finger to punch a hole through the middle so it looks like a doughnut with about a 1/2 inch hole. Why? By doing so you will get an even cook from the top, bottom, sides AND center out! WE used this for many year in my restaurant to make hamburger steaks and swiss steaks. Don't worry about the hole as the meat will shrink while cooking the hole will seal up and you will never know it is there. It is a simple and quick way to cook a burger and they will come out done like you like them every time. Thanks for the Videos

I t does really work especially if you have a thicker burger like a 1/3 pound or more. It is simple because the hole in the middle allows the cooking to come from inside and the outside. I love the solo grill videos ❤
The songs in the background are all bops no misses
Those are such cool cooking utensils! So many restaurants that I've went to need those!
I was able to enjoy this video in two ways. Seeing how this food was made and enjoyed, and seeing how many songs in the background I recognized.
I never would have expected to walk into a restaurant in Japan and hear Springsteen.
Thank you so much for the new video! Believe it or not my Yorkie loves your channel and we sit and watch every new video together! We look forward to the next!
For some reason hearing "Livin' on a Prayer" playing in a Japanese eatery amused me a little.

Yet another place for me to look into eating at when the day comes I can return to Japan! That will be a joyous day for me.
I like this place not only for the food, but also for the music taste, nice to hear Deep Purple and Queen 🤣🫶
What was Mrs Bacon eating? It looked interesting too.
This restaurant has such an interesting music taste! Sounds like a great time+
All that food here in the U.S. would cost about $20 at the restaurant. Great deal over in Japan!! 😃
I'm so jealous of Japan with these places being so cheap and decent quality. We have Korean BBQ spots here but they are always expensive.
