    Give me a break. Don't act like he was a saint because he died. Just three months ago a few content creators made quite a few videos proving how Spurlock lied a lot in the documentary. Most noticable dismissing his alcoholism at the time.

    Why do ppl act like Americans don’t eat like this?? Americans will eat a huge breakfast lunch and dinner from fast food with snacks from the gas station, he’s just showing the effects of the thpe of eating most Americans indulge in. There is a reason most Americans are overweight

    I get a bad case indigestion every time I eat medium sized meals at fast food places and have to run my ass around the block several hundred times just to burn off all the calories. Having never gotten Super Size, you don’t even want to know how awful I’d look or feel from eating one of those.

    I watched this in high school and I loved the documentary. I stopped eating McDonald's as much, but I love their fries and hashbrowns.

    I’m just gonna say, this was a terribly designed experiment. It quite literally has no value beyond the entertainment provided by the documentary, if it’s your type of thing. Yes, McDonalds isn’t a “healthy” eating option. That being true does not require everything else I’ve said to be false.

    By no means is it healthy, but many demonstrated in subsequent experiments that "calories in calories out" still applies. Either way I won't be eating there.

    I will say that this documentary wasn't only informative, but also necessary. Many if not all fast food franchises straightened up their acts after this doc came out in 2004. They offer healthier food options on their menus, and even eliminated"super sizing" all together. Bless this brave soul named Morgan Spurlock for shedding light on America's obesity epidemic.

    I think what it comes down to is that we're all built differently. It's very similar, but in some cases, we're different from a genetic level. 😅 but who knows, there are lots of good reasons, and plenty of people lie to

    @@slayerh20 first off he had to try every drink on the menu and drinking Diet Coke would have destroyed his gut and digestion. Any way a large Coke is like 400 calories so if he switched to diet minus 2 cokes he would still be eating 4000+ calories in a surplus

    They shouldn’t have gotten rid of the supersize. Back in the day you could just supersize your fries and then share it with someone. But now you gotta buy two separate large french fries and spend more money. That’s the only reason McDonald’s got rid of it.
