I get a bad case indigestion every time I eat medium sized meals at fast food places and have to run my ass around the block several hundred times just to burn off all the calories. Having never gotten Super Size, you don’t even want to know how awful I’d look or feel from eating one of those.

I’m just gonna say, this was a terribly designed experiment. It quite literally has no value beyond the entertainment provided by the documentary, if it’s your type of thing. Yes, McDonalds isn’t a “healthy” eating option. That being true does not require everything else I’ve said to be false.

I will say that this documentary wasn't only informative, but also necessary. Many if not all fast food franchises straightened up their acts after this doc came out in 2004. They offer healthier food options on their menus, and even eliminated"super sizing" all together. Bless this brave soul named Morgan Spurlock for shedding light on America's obesity epidemic.
