Dave!!!!! I've been waiting for this video for awhile! Yeah, that MBRP Axleback sounds AMAZING on Dave's ZL1. My 2SS 1LE Camaro has an Axleback "Track Edition" exhaust just like this made by AWE, and the MBRP one on this ZL1 is way better. Hell of a good choice. Your content is always fantastic! The last 2-3 videos have had a plethora of all sorts of things happening in them and I have enjoyed it so much. Dave B thank you so much for all the great content and if the other Dave reads this comment... you are just a badass and congrats on that AMAZING ZL1 and excellent choice with the exhaust!

I agree on the GM side steps placement. I had a 2016 Tahoe with them and found them somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been had they been designed better. One thing I appreciate about you and your videos is your honesty/transparency. Keep up the good work!

Very True about seeing something and buying it if you really want it that much. Back in 2010 I had a Malibu I wanted get sold out from under me because I dilly dallied in getting to the dealer earlier on Monday morning.

I 100% agree with Dave about the RAM side step. My 2022 Grand Wagoneer has a similar side step that I use all the time. I am 6'4" I had a Escadade with a side step like the GMC truck, but never used it because it was not low enough and too shallow.

I'm in and out of vehicles so often and never gave it a thought until the first time I got into that Ram and immediately noticed the difference.

i think i read thats a common problem with c8s. was his trans serviced? a tech told me its required early and will cause problems if its not done. a sales person that gets involved with an install. very cool. that axle back sounds great but youre correct that and a CAI add no noticeable power. i have a 2020 shock zl1 and i almost shit when i priced out cat backs. hello from monmouth county nj.

I have a 2023 camero zl1. When the exhaust was put on the zl1 did it throw a cel because of the npp exhaust valve on it

It would void any warranty on the exhaust but other than that should not cause a problem

I bet it would be hard to get a factory order in on a Trailblazer seeing that the factory is in KOREA !

Unfortunately here in NY as of April 1 any modifications to a vehicle exhaust which will result in an exhaust that is louder than the original will get you a $1000 fine and/or 30 days in jail. This includes current exhaust modifications or modifications done prior to April 1 2022.

The only factory parts replaced were from the rear axle back.
