After a little research it would seem the earliest instance was the Chiquita Banana song from a 1944 commercial. "I'm Chiquita Banana and I've come to say/Bananas have to ripen in a certain way" Though I didn't find any examples of the rhyme in an actual song; there were a few lines that start with "My name is X" but the similarity ends there
