For anyone curious about why the wikihow article used the phrasing "It is unlikely I will ever see a ghost" instead of "I will never see a ghost," this is often done in therapy. For example, this is an integral part of exposure response prevention therapy, which is used to help people with OCD. Telling yourself that you will never experience [blank] will leave you without coping skills and likely worse off than before if you do experience [blank] or something similar enough that it still triggers your disorder. It would be like a person having extreme fear about getting into a car crash and then the person having even worse fear after experiencing one because they told themself they would never experience their fear. So even if the situation is impossible, therapists will still use that phrasing of "unlikely" and "probably won't happen." It's about becoming less afraid of uncertainty. A lot of the tips given in this wikihow article seem to be based on actual therapy practices.

@@christopherdyson1158 Yeah. I mean there is also technically like 10 or 11 games. And then there are like more books than that. There is a trilogi with three larger books and then there many many shorter ones. There is also a bunch of books that aren't like novels but like books with puzzles you have to solve or just lore about the game.

There are graphic novel series, regular novels, different series for different age groups, activity books, and it's all this bizarre spooky stuff aimed at kids and teens. But honestly, the way we approach it, we're glad kids are reading 😅
