Griffin’s story about the crunchy dude destroying a peeping drone with a frisbee is incredible, I’m shocked its never come up before. Also, he is not exaggerating how brutally cold Barton Springs is. As a child, I loved nothing more than to swim, yet I never wanted to go to Barton Springs bc it was just TOO freakin COLD for even an 11-year-old swim fan.

1) They explicitly say in the podcast that 2/3 of them didn't know the strike had officially started until they started recording 2) since the strike had only been voted on that morning, the guidelines for promoting projects hadn't been released 3) I really struggle to imagine the universe where openly mocking the trailer for a movie you're not affiliated with whatsoever is promoting it

I 'member when MBMBaM wasn't so politically charged. I seriously used to look forward to this show every week because it was one of a very few programs where it didn't deal with ridiculous American politics. I really wish we could just go back to not talking about politics and not feeling the need to broadcast who you vote for.
