i have the 2013 mazda 3 sp25 i i stalled a cat back system but takes 20min to actually kick in so now im doing headers also, any ideas on anything else that can be done

Probably has cat back exhaust with the mid cat out and resonated delete along w tune and possibly anti lag

Yes and go with HKS hardware parts..exhaust,air intake,blow valve. It's manual or auto? If is manual go with exedy clutch if is a auto do just a TCM tune.

This has to be engine swapped. The flames and sounds indicates some sort of a rotary engine (e.g. not a 2.0 or 2.5 skyactiv-G that came in the car)
