Thanks for the video. But I almost gave up because the screws are in such a bad spot. I couldn't get any leverage until I tilted the washer almost 45 degrees and held it up with a huge cinder block.

Same machine, same error code. took the panel off with 7mm hex (good choice) and unscrewed the drain stopper. not much in the trap? THEN, with flashlite and my face flat on the floor, I looked into the hose leading into the trap...what's that blue thing way up there? with my long stemmed grabber was able to snake up the hose and latch onto-------my 8 yr old's sock !!! I wondered where that went !!!.... Stinky, stinky water on the floor but all fixed. Thank you so much for posting this video !

Just had to do this for my dad's washer. BY FAR one of the worst designs I've seen for a filter location.

I cannot figure out why mine keeps saying F24? I cleaned out the tiny baskets on the rear where the water lines hook up and that fixed the issue before but now it won't! I can run drain and spin, but any wash cycle it will start sometimes and start filling up with a little bit of water or sometimes it will just beep immediately with the F24 code! How can I fix this issue?

I did remove the filter and found dimes in it replaced and ran a cycle which went fine but on the second cycle I again received an f21 code I am now wondering what to do.
