While I agree some of his past lyrics are blasphemous and some could be considered nearly Christian (Thomas), I don’t think he has stated what you said. I’m a Christian and there is a good verse regarding this: “ For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:11. I also pray he will open his heart to accepting Jesus as his Lord and Savior, God bless brother

Your perspective is about the past. A fear-based paradigm. How dare you play judge of others? Doesn't your scripture state that you do not judge others? You're a hypocrite.

I hope that you one day wake up to your own cognitive dissonance. The church was always a control mechanism. A political system that you can't see beyond. Use your brain for a change, think for yourself, question authority.

@@dan.j.boydzkreationz um no. People need to hear the truth. Maynard thinks he's getting away with rejecting God through his music. He uses his mother's death as an excuse to reject God. Hell is a real place. Jesus died so we wouldn't have to go there.
