at 14:51 multi-cut tool won't go all around object because it became 5 sided when you used it between the fingers earlier. How did you bypass this?

Good tutorial except the cut between 20:16 and 20:17, you neglected to explain how you attached an 8 vert finger to a 6 vert hole (from when you asked to delete the faces before starting the thumb). Insert Edge doesn't connect/work, and Multi-cut makes it took like hot garbage.

excuse me Trimit, but I didn't quite understand what you were saying at the minute 14:48 when somehow these perfect vertical and fixed ones with an angle white lines appeared out of nowhere making perfect edge-loops on the palm of the hand, could I asked you what's the name of that particular tool that has been used; thank you in advance great tutorial it's definitly worth it, and that I tried a lot of hand tutorials but none as good as yours.

There is no option called cut faces tool in maya 2018. Is there any other option for cut faces tool sir?

Under Mesh Tool option it is there. Also you can try Multi Cut Tool for the same.

Tutorial is really great sir.. but please avoid adding background music, its hard to hear your instructions, also background music is really distracting while learning, otherwise everything seems professional

For me, it's not the music so much as it is that the microphone is such a low volume and he is such a soft speaker that it's hard for me to hear what he's saying. I actually find the music quite calming and easier to focus.

Multi Cut Tool Option is Unclickable , it doesnt let me use the option any suggestions please .

Close Maya, go to -my documents - Maya - go to the Maya version, then delete the 'prefs' folder. Open Maya.

Try checking the box for the smooth triangles option in the Smooth settings window that appears after clicking the box next to the Smooth option in the Mesh menu, worked for me

Your palm flow was going through the edge of the finger ....aand in last its going through the center of the finger! you didn't even show how you did it!

The basic thing for a moddeler is to work in up of the grid

You should really turn your mic off and make the background music quieter. Made it extremely difficult to follow. its so hard to hear what you're saying. Great tutorial otherwise, thankyou
