So if a roll gets $2 but you have the block designated as $1, what do you do with the extra? Seems like for these challenges, if each roll is $2 then each block should be $2.

If the block is worth $1, I fill in two. I like to mix up the amounts just for a little variety in the challenges and it helps finish some more quickly.
