My favorite details about Tifa: 1: They did not skimp out on giving her muscle tone. She lifts. 2: Pleated skirt for a greater range of motion in the legs. Important when you're kicking. 3: Padded knuckles and arm bracers. Important when you're punching as well.

Theres a Grand Canyon between noodle limbs and bodybuilding but since the Internet is all about absolutes and the word “nuance” has no meaning that we’ve forgotten Street Fighter V has toned AND still very attractive women fighters or something. Our decisions are influenced by the reactions of our environment but the amount varies for each person. Once I stopped visiting certain forums and hiding twitch chat I stopped being pessimistic and overly critical and focus on enjoying the things I enjoy, no matter how flawed they ultimately are. @Supersky GMNG Nope. Thank God they didn't "westernize" her and give her some dumb "thick" thighs. That fanmade one sucked. She was originally skinny, fit, and in shape, had a cute face, and big boobs. Was a gorgeous design. I'm glad they are doing her justice, at least for the most part. Absolutely a million times better than what Capcom did to Claire in the remake aka uglier face, weird body proportions, etc.

Tifa is canon choice

Smooth transition from cutscene to gameplay. They've also incorporated several elements from other FF series like the stagger system, and strategic use of the ATB. Subtle combination of old school and modern combat system. That's how you innovate a remake. Max's reaction was very genuine and really nice to see.

Dude this is perfectly. This is basically KH/FF15 done right! Even though FF13 was the weakest of the series, I did have a lot of respect for the stagger system, yet geniusly managed to combine that, WITH the real time action from 15, character swapping, control of attack, combos ,dodge and block - WHILE implementing the strategic side of the older classic FF games. This combat system is seemingly perfect. I just hope they balanced the magic system way better than 15 ever did. If they can do that right, then FF7 Remake will literally be THE best FF game. Hands down.

After that trailer and presentation, I'm a lot more optimistic about the game. I'm actually excited now. I don't get all the people complaining about "It's just Midgar!?" Like, yeah, they're expending the story, they're giving us more character development. And while Midgar was relatively short in the grand scheme of things, doing it with modern production values is a whole other ball game.

@Liao Lyon It's because here in the west Publishers have piised the hell out of most players, still don't explain why people hate developers instead of publishers, but it's somewhat understandable. Although yes, I still don't know what the hell is the thing people have with Devs when publishers are almost always to blame for bad marketing decisions and payment model.

Damnnn I'm not even a fan of final fantasy, and I don't know shit about the story but damn it still got me hype. Hopefully, the remake will be amazing for a new person to the franchise.

Trust me thats what square is doing. Still got chill talking about this. You will be treated with a fantasy story that makes sense and you will realize that this will be the only final fantasy that will makes you love and hate the villain. You hated the villain that you really want to be in the game and rip his guts out. Im over exagerrating here but thats the truth I really hated sephiroth and loved him at the same time.

I'm watching this again while we are 1 week into Rebirth's release. Max is flipping, lol 😂

Tifa looks very Advent Children; not too exaggerated features but still noticeable. I like the direction they went in for her design personally, and I LOVE the way her limit break looks (I think they showed Aerith’s too, which I also really liked). Since Midgar is two discs worth of content this time, I’m really looking forward to how much development the Avalanche members are gonna get.

Yeah, my biggest complaint is that when the plate thing crashes and kills everyone, we do not know anyone. There was no character development for the Avalanche members, no bonding, it was really just for Cloud to realize he cares when it could of been more.

If they do it right, and I'm really hoping they do, it can be set up to where it makes you think that the story changed and they will live. All the way up to the plate drop, they can have you begging that they changed up the story. Only to see that it didn't. That would be a the massive "oh shit..." story moment.

Every once in a while, I come back to these just to see Max's excitement. It makes me giddy.

That "Take my wallet" was fucking priceless!

There's a few moments when JJ would look over at Max and just smile at how happy he was. It was super cute.

max in maximum mode the nostalgia is real and it's never looked better... now we just need a hands on review so we know if it plays well.

I love coming back from time to time and watching these videos. Makes me happpy.

FF7 Remake looks amazing as hell! Cloud, Aerith, Tifa and Barett all look awesome! Sephiroth looks all badass and evil as ever! Can't wait to play this March next year! ^_^

I'm enjoying every bit of this beautiful masterpiece...I'm taking my time and not rushing through it going back and forth with Final Fantasy 7 remake and Nioh 2 since I'm starting to hear now that Ghost of Tushima is going to be delayed..

This is like the coolest trailer I have seen yet, nostalgic as well as super hyped I was when I saw this back than.

Small observation. But while they were playing the Life is Strange trailer I noticed one of the streamers being shown was Briana White who actually did the voice work for Aerith. Not a coincidence at all I’m sure

If they're showing till Midgar, does that mean we'll be seeing Red XIII?!!! NANAKI?! WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABT HIM?! Man I can't wait till Vincent comes to join the party xx years later.

I watch these reactions a couple times a year. Watching these trailers still brings a tear to my eye lol.

Tifa's first appearance is actually here, at 14:31. She's standing next to Barret as he fires off his Big Shot Limit Break. Took me quite a few viewings to notice her actually being there :D

Those 60+ floors of Shinra Headquarters is gonna look so good~~

What are your thoughts now that they stayed faithful to delivering that section?

I think...when this game is complete I can die as a happy man. I literally mean this... Square/Enix and Keanu won the whole e3 end of story. I'm sooo happy.

The remake got announced the same year cloud got announced for smash, and it also released the same year sephiroth got added to smash.

I always comeback here just to see everyones reaction for tifa. Tifa will ways be loved by many.🥰

Years later, and Rebirths is coming out in a couple of months….Max was right. 19:18
