You are very special to Army, MAX, thank you for writing the music. It's sad the release kind of was overshadowed by hiatus news. But it is one of my favorite BTS performances, the one with Anderson Paak. Such a beautiful song.

Listening to him talk for the first time, he is very charming, articulate and humble. Also since the song hit the right cords, and am assuming it was perfect for the boys to write their own verses over the given track. Great job!

The song is genius and so meaningful for where they are in their journey.

I loved the collaboration MAX had with Suga/Agust D on Burn It & Blueberry Eyes. Happy he was a part of Yet to Come. Great song!

Max is such a great song writer. He understands the assignment and know what he wants the audience to feel. Even his songs have such meaning behind them.

When I first heard Yet To Come, it was a little underwhelming but things sometimes do until I see them perform it on stage. Everything made sense when they said that they were going on a break at the Festa dinner. Then each time they performed it, my heart melted more and more with finally the end of the Busan concert, the sound and the lyrics just fits so perfectly. It was incredibly moving, sad and hopeful. Thank you, Max.

he did write the song for them tho. that's how it works. it's not anyone invalidating the work from anyone else. but bts literally asked him to write a song for them and he did. then they obviously went in and made it their version of perfect. but the original song was written by max for bts. it's a pretty simple concept and is done for many artists.

MAX is living the best Army life there is. I love this for him and i'm glad we get to live it vicariously through him.

To watch MAX, someone I have watched since “Rags”, go from Medleys to BTS’ “see you soon” song. Such an honor to be the last song they did together before their hiatus .

Zach always asks the best questions and you can tell he's a genuine fan. And I just adore Max and how much he truly loves and admires BTS. I couldn't believe he needed that little pep talk from his wife. He's so ridiculously talented! Sometimes we need that reminder!

He co-wrote it. The song as you hear it, was a collaborative effort of several people, including 3 members of BTS, one of their main producers, and at least 3 other people, including Max.

I've been a fan of MAX since he first appeared on Kurt Hugo Schneider 's YT channel, and I couldn't be happier for him! I always love hearing about how artists end up collabing with the boys, and I'm glad he kept submitting songs. These are two of the most precious songs we have, especially with the recent enlistment news.

bts nonstop inspiring and giving confidence to EVERYONE! gotta love them.

What a genuinely sweet person❤ When I first heard that Max was part of the songwriting team, I expected it the song to be good. I didn't expect to cry while watching its premier because nothing had ever hit me like that before. I was blown away and still listen to it like I'm hearing it for the first time💜

Thank You. They're really (continuously) talking like he wrote it the whole song as it is now, singlehandedly (and so are a lot of people in the comments who seemed to have glossed over him saying it was a collaborative effort - I wonder what that's all about... even though he does keep reminding them, so good on Max for that), when most of BTS's music is a highly collaborative effort - and apparently, so is Max's, which I didn't know before (you can see that if you look at the credits of any BTS song). The rappers likely wrote their own lyrics as usual, and other writers (RM) probably added to Max's melody and lyrical outline with Korean lyrics that match the concept and make sense for the song and rhyme and fit to the main melody. I think the way the song ended, was BTS's team too (just my theory) or SUGA himself, because it reminds me a lot of Telepathy, and SUGA's sort of ethereal synth style in some of his other songs.

@@X3000Chan they're not. it's just that the focus is on max here. when they say that he wrote it they're referring to how bts asked him to write a song and his is the original draft and the whole reason the song exists. no one is overlooking bts or anyone else.

At KCon-LA in 2019, I attended a seminar in which two of the writers of "Euphoria" discussed the process surrounding working for Big Hit, BTS and the KPop industry in general. They had written songs for other idol groups but they focused on BTS. It was a fascinating discussion.
