They wanted love and pleasure, a better life, but got only hate and suffering in a though world that was not easy to change. All love scenes between them were so beautiful.

yeaah me too, at least they give us this moment, about they speaking of their past and was so beautiful that they forgive each other

this is a powerful series,,from start to end,,watch it again,,? not sure,,but from what ive seen,,wow,,the ships that were built the wardrobe,,cant think of the money spent,,thank you silvie ;)

i know the lesbians got the short end of the stick,,but the power of the series was enough..we learned a few things about the bahamas,,i went there a beautiful place,,fantastic,,water and beaches..thank you silvie for posting,,;)

i love it. they sold the show period..

Silviai22 Sheer perfection! These two were the right kind of love at the wrong time only because Eleanor's ambition got the better of her. Jo Jo Berlin honestly I don't think that they will rise again, I have the feeling that Eleanor is in love with Rogers, and the money she asks are for his debt. She care about Max but does she love her? I'm not so sure, at least this is what I've felt :)

I wish I could find the scene when max sees the bruise on eleanor face while they're at the bar and then max brings her upstairs!!!

And what's so sad, Max never left her just like she said Max left after Eleanor died

Night Secular well Max and Eleanor are characters that don't exist nor in the book nor in real history, so it's all to the authors to choose if to kill them or to let them alive and eventually escape. For example Anne in the reality survives but she is not in the book... But authors once said that they wanted to be as close as possible to the history. So I think that she could survive even in the series, while is easier that Rackham dies. So for Max and Eleanor that were introduced in the show it could be the chance that they survive, or at least one of them

Eleanor was too silly..... She should have just stayed with Max.... How could you be with someone like Rogers you don't know? Honestly I don't think she was inlove with him, I think she was inlove with the idea of a better life and it seemed as though he can provide it....

Okay why is there not only an apparently good medieval show but also with an apparently good lesbian couple I have never heard about O.O How long has this show been running and is it really worth watching?

Mina Gray Black Sails has four seasons, so 40 episodes. Is ending in 2 episodes. Very good TV show but the lesbians have not so much moments :(
