We used our German driver's license and didn't have any problems 🙂

As a 10 year old kid who lives in in Qatar 🇶🇦 but is from Mauritius 🇲🇺 I grow respect for you as almost no big travel vloggers talk or travel to Mauritius 🇲🇺

about the noodles being a bit bland thing - there are some popular spots like "baz pravish" in mahebourg or "yesfood" in quatre bornes that serve them with broth, which i think you guys would appreciate more😄 great video👐

I love the fact that you enjoyed my island, Specially the capital of Mauritius. Most of the shop is closed on Sunday and Friday afternoon. I would recommend you to try more cultural foods as well in Port louis. 1. Korean Food: Mr Bao 2. Indian Dishes:PUNJABI DHABA PVT LTD or Namo India 3. Best Kebab: Shabaan Kebab 4. Hotpot : Restaurant Lai Min 5. Korean Food : Kimchi house (best ) Your video is very informative and well distributed. Keep it up

That was a really great review. I can see you did your homework My favorite dish is Mines frits and dessert Tarte Bananes... I'm sad some Mauritians small businesses keep selling their unsold nonfresh stash and in 2023 no authority exists to inspect that. Funny all my mates from Western Europe have a crush on Rougaille... which may cue to the Creole part lurking in them 😉

Love mauritius. But be ready for a long wait time at restaurants. But, that's about my only minor complaint about the country.

Don’t worry Simon you’re not the only young dude with a boring hobbie 😂. I collect large piece puzzles (1000 pieces and up). My gf finds it so not exciting.

Alouda is a French mispronounciation of the Indian drink Falooda. If you try falooda, you’ll understand the appeal of Alouda.

The place looks amazing, but the food is not selling it for me yet. In your videos from Asia I was drooling so much I had to have a bib. :)

Haha we've also have that problem when editing our footage 😁 Overall we had some really nice food on Mauritius and it's a great country to visit - but yes, for us nothing can beat eating our way through Asia 😁

I think you should get to know more about the food before even describing it. Whatever you are saying is wrong. The dumpling is not made of cabbage.. the dhall puri is not a pancake. So get to know more before you talk. You video is super bias.

Of course our video is subjective, as it's about our personal experience tasting these dishes - often for the first time. We're describing what we're eating and comparing the dish to other things we've tried before, so that viewers can get a better understanding of what we're experiencing. We research dishes before trying them, but we don't claim to be 100% accurate. And if we incorrectly call something a pancake, then I think most viewers will still understand what we mean.

The first part of the video is of low quality, but ok

They showed only food, beach and tourist area. At least they didn't go in the suburbs or hood or showed addicts and drugs which is everywhere on the island
