As someone with adhd I really suggest the video “ What is ADHD?” by the channel “How to Adhd”. It’s kinda like your brain is a broken camera shutter that can either focus almost too much or just flickers on and off

Matthew is so incredibly adorable. He's so unabashedly, genuinely, and sincerely himself. It's very refreshing. I love how he's just sitting there multitasking, talking to us as if we were all old friends he'd welcomed to just hang out while he got a few things accomplished, signing his books, giving props to his mom, who must be so incredibly proud.

Criminal Minds is my all time favorite show, totally obsessed. I also live in Vegas and have actually seen him at Starbucks, just as kind in person which makes me adore him even more.
