He always had hair but chooses to shave it. It’s the look that solidified his sex symbol status. He made the decision on set of the Young and The Restless. He Grew it back out for the beginning of this show then began shaving again. Morris Chestnut, Omar Epps, Taye Diggs and other sex symbols of the time did the same. “Sexy ball head” was a term we used a lot back in the 90’s and 00’s 😍

It's so sad that this show is almost 2 decades old now because it means a large amount of the facts Reid gave in the earlier seasons (especially mental health related ones) are mostly debunked or have been further researched since the mid to late 00's - so any information they had was incomplete/misinformed. Also the statistics are almost all different now even if they haven't been rereported since then. Even a lot of the history related ones, since we're learning more about context and historical facts every day. A lot of his points about history would've been influenced by the assumptions historians would have had to have made at the time, now there is more information to fill in the gaps that might contradict. Profiling has more research now than it did back then, so unfortunately a lot of these facts are no longer reliable as truth 💔 the only time-proof facts he could've given were the literary based ones
