Matt Slick of CARM cited Forged Writings of Ignatius

It is shameful to see so many unscholarly Trinitarians who have posted some of the eight forged epistles attributed to Ignatius, along with texts from the longer interpolated versions of Ignatius’ Epistles on Trinitarian websites to try to make people think Ignatius was a Trinitarian. Trinitarian apologetic ministries such as CARM have posted a known spurious end portion of the Martyrdom of Ignatius along with a longer interpolated version of Ignatius’ Epistle to try to make Ignatius look like a Trinitarian.

Bishop Lightfoot of the Anglican Church of England was a close friend apparently of Westcott who hated the K.J.V. and innovated the Revised Version based on the Siniaticas and the Vaticanus, which led to the other modern perversions.

I heard one interpretation of either Polycarp or Ignatius that did that Christians ought to " practice" righteousness. I could not believe that either of these early martyrs would use this word which in the Bible only alludes to what evil people do.

There are presentations by Catholic sites that call Clement "Pope Clement". But Clement was no Trinitarian

I think they forged some of the writings to make Ignacius and Polycarp look more Roman Catholic.

"Pentecostal" is not the same as the first century Christians who knew Jesus Christ on a personal basis. The Pentecostals of today have the Godhead right, but err on free will, backsliding as a Christian, predestination, eternal assurance of salvation, etc. They are good on focussing on the baptism of the Spirit and manner of baptizing.

The Catholics are ruthless to make the pre trinitarians appear as trinitarians-- all the way back to Peter being the first Pope.

What was the criterion for developing scripture as part of canon? ...video please

I have spent a great deal of time researching the formulation of both the Old and New Testament Scriptures so it would not be difficult to produce a video on that subject. However, I'm busy preparing for a debate on January 6th. I will try to produce a video on the development of NT Scripture sometime next year. God bless!

This is precisely what has happened by Trinitarians who have dishonestly twisted the facts about early Christian history.

Do you have more information on you’re website about the persecution of Oneness Pentecostals in the Early century? You’re videos have been helping me a lot I was almost gonna convert to Trinitarianism, until I found you’re page keep doing the Good works of the Lord.

I'm very grateful to God that He is using me to evangelize and to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. We have lost a lot of good people because most Oneness believers lack in depth teaching. It is very important that we provide scriptural answers to passages of scripture that are difficult to understand rather than just ignoring them. Thanks for the encouragement.

I'm sorry, I stopped for prayer and then the Spirit reminded me that I did not answer your question about "the persecution of Oneness Pentecostals in the early century." During the early Roman persecutions, all professing Christians were equally persecuted by pagan Roman emperors: Modalists, Semi-Arians, and a small number of Paulinists (Adoptionists, Socinians). After the Roman State Church was fully established, the persecution of Oneness Modalists began when the Emperor Constantine changed his mind about Arianism and began persecuting the Modalists (Marcellus and Eustathius) and Semi-Trinitarians (Athanasius) who spoke out against Arianism. However, the full persecution of Modalists began shortly after the Council of Constantinople (AD 381) when Oneness Modalism was officially condemned by the State Church. I have a few videos that touch on the persecution of Oneness believers but nothing specifically focusing on it. Lord willing, I will try to make a video specifically focusing on the persecution of Oneness believing Christians in early Christian history.

I've read the longer and the shorter versions and you can see easily the longer versions threw in trinitarian thought.
