This is awesome that you guys are right next door! So special to see Matt working on Katie and Austin’s house. Missing my dad a lot this spring. He was too old to garden with me, at 91, but always gave me direction and kept me on my toes!

Something I would do in the kitchen because of all the woodgrain , cover the random groove panel above the overheads and paint it and the ceiling a brilliant white as well as the underside of the overhead cupboards . Woodgrain looks great but a lot of it can darken a room so reflected light from available white surfaces helps brighten it , a kitchen really needs light . Hat's off to Matt for all his work , he's well appreciated by all 👍
