Trust me, you would not have enjoyed the performance if they had. Other than everyone in separate rooms and doing the performance, Zoom-style, this is how it has to be. The guitarists are masked so that helps a bit.

Since they’re a band, they’ve likely been tested recently, and have decided on who’s going to be in their bubble. Not positive...just assuming this, but that could be the case, and they have masks on for the camera.
What the heck kind of a term is "un-housed"? Is that supposed to be more respectful than using the term "homeless"? Aye caramba. Why don't we all just stop talking and writing words all together...then we can't EVER say ANYTHING that could POSSIBLY offend any other human being. Sheesh

Sounds like you understand why. You even said it in your comment. Your inability to sympathize is based out of stubbornness and maybe a bit of guilt. Because i don’t know why it would matter it’s literally the same amount of syllables. Are u particularly connected to the term ‘homeless’ that would offer any kind of reason for not changing it or trying to at least not offend someone. Haven’t you ever heard the difference between a house and a home?

@@Ethyl.breaks I guess I'm sick to death of people being 1) hypersensitive to words that were never meant to be offensive, just functional, and then 2) constantly trying to invalidate perfectly legitimate terms in our language because of their hyper-insecurity.

Jaap, I work with two healthy employees who contracted COVID and NEARLY DIED. Both are under 35. The musicians aren't sheep; they are smart and would like to keep making music. Please don't push your insecurities on everyone else. If you don't want to wear a mask--don't wear a mask.
