Mathews V3X 29 vs Hoyt RX5 vs PSE Xpedite NXT vs Obsession Defcon 6 @ 80lbs
Mathews V3X 29 vs Hoyt RX5 vs PSE Xpedite NXT vs Obsession Defcon 6. All the bows had 80lb limbs except Mathews V3X 29 which was set at 75 pounds. All the bows were 29-inch draw length with the exception of the Obsession Defcon 6 which had a draw length of 28.5 inches. I shot 430-grain arrows for the speed test. The PSE Xpedite NXT was the fastest at 8 to 10 FPS faster arrow speeds up to 319 FPS. The other 3 bows shot close to the same speeds within 5 FPS of each other around 306 to 312 FPS. The V3X 29 was the easiest to pull back but had the shortest valley to hold back. The PSE Xpedite NXT had the most vibration, but the rest of the bows had low vibration.

I'm shooting an OG Xpedite at 81lb's. Even with my 26.25 inch draw and TAW of 535g it's barnstorming fast. Your videos are why I brought the 80lb limbs for my boy. 😁

Really liking the Expedite & the Mathews. Having a hard time deciding between these Mathews V3X 33 Mathews V3 PSE Expedite Going to be running them all at 75-80 lbs @ 28.5" draw. Plan on Running a 450-455gr arrow. Mostly a deer hunter and weekend shooter. Probably shoot 180-200 arrows per week. Your thoughts? (Anything is appreciated, this is my first upgrade since 2011)

Less vibration with Mathews and better resale value. If you like locked 90% let off feeling then the PSE. Probably if you like doing 3D then the V3X 33.The Xpedite is probably the easiest drawing 80-pound speed bow available.

I have a few video shooting PSE Omen Pro, if was faster than most 70 pound, it was comparible slower 80 pound bow. kzread.info/dash/bejne/haWk05twmMfeqKg.html
Im surprised you didn't pick up an 80lb levitate. At your specs i would think it would be inline with the xpedite nxt with the new cam

I bet you are correct, I am in really small rural archery shop, so it would have to be special ordered.
Mathews is falling behind. They need to made a flagship 80lb bow.

Nearly 2million views & advertising = ability to do so if done right.... My buddy is a content creator and he gets decent $ from advertising. But he's one of them over the top over reactive but socially awkward characters - Its weird..... Ha

Just check out range ferry all these people wanna talk about light narrows in their trajectory but what they don't realize is a light arrow slows down more than a heavy arrow

Thanks there is a difference shooting through chrono and shooting a target. By the way killed around 60 animals with a bow, at least 10 turkeys. Doing well in general. Be sure to check out the Paul Korn bow hunting channel for details.
No offense brother but a 430 green arrow out of a 80 pound bow it's gonna be like shooting a rubber band You gotta stiff in that spine up put a lot more weight in that front end to take some of that and keep it going this one this watch range ferry

Thanks seen plenty of the Ranch Fairy, by the way killed 2 Giraffes, and Cape Buffalo this summer with my Bow. And might even kill a hog once in a while like the Ranch Fairy. Details can be found of these hunts on the Paul Korn Bowhunting Channel.
