Sergio thanks for the videos. I have a question. The front shocks on my new MATE X make a clucking sound, as if it is topping out. I have used the adjustments but still the cluck sound. Do you notice the same sound with your bike? If yes then I wont be concerned. Thanks

I enjoy riding this bike and the x is better than the first one but if you have not got spare battery, Charger and controller unit, you may as well throw it in the skip when you need one because the warranty service has completely collapsed.

You're gonna get pinkeye like that, Serg I'm hoping we hear more from Mate about the short steering stem kit, maybe it will let me swap to a BMX style clamp for a wider range of bar options. I have a Cane Creek Thudbuster seat post that should drop right in & add a little bit more suspension for my arse with the rear shock, and I will probably take your advice and use that plush AF seat with it I'm not sure how I will manage carrying my bike chain (Kryptolok 712) when my Mate X arrives, weight isn't an issue obviously, but where to wrap it or bag it up sure is. Not sure if that saddle bag is going to be big enough for it. No way in hell I'll trust either of my eBikes to a cable or folding lock.

Indicators for your handlebars take out the plastic at the top and you just push them in

You should absolutely support your local dealer (and all other local dealers around the world) instead of recommending buying on amazon! No offense though! I love your videos! I just ordered it, as my bike has still not been shipped and I was able to add another perk. I guess I won't regret it later, as I want to use it to go to work too and have to take my laptop and stuff with me. If you wear a backpack, you sweat a lot under it and that's not convenient at work. :-) Just saying... :-)

I got it from my local bike shot BUT im sure if you search for Gelled Bike Seat like this one....www.amazon.com/West-Biking-Waterproof-Comfortable-Breathable/dp/B073LT9V8B/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=gel+led+bike+seat&qid=1558104854&s=sporting-goods&sr=1-5..... Youll find some good ones. This is an example. I dont have that seat but the ratings look good

i really hope i can buy the phone holder on another retailer's website aswell, since we dont have amazon in the netherlands at all!
