Funny, kind of opposite. We had it great. 3 kids….he left. Still sees the kids, but we won’t have the pleasure of being together seeing our grandkids together. You’re right, you never know.

Rob is one of the best songwriters of the past 25+ years. You don't hear emotional and meaningful lyrics like Robs songs have anymore. I look forward to the day he's inducted to the Rock n Roll hall of fame. He is already deserving imo.

Yes rob is definitely worthy of rock and roll hall of fame probably my favorite singer like his songs have so damned much emotion and feeling I love them all... Even when he was with matchbox 20 like I'd give anything to meet this man I met and got a photo with my other favorite matthew west...had. a personal meet and greet with him...

One of the best bands ever.Could listen to Rob 24 hours a day.Miss this kind of music

Hand Me Down is my favourite song by Matchbox Twenty. Every single time I hear it, it makes me cry 😢😢😢I often play it on repeat until I am all cried out. From the moment I was dragged away from my Dad’s house when I was 3, I was abused by my mother both violently & emotionally. I was so traumatised that I didn’t speak for two years. Then she kept giving me away but then dragging me back telling me that the people she had given me to didn’t want me either, but in reality she just wanted to keep controlling & abusing me. I grew up knowing that I wasn’t wanted. I left home when I was 16 & got pregnant when I was 17. The best thing to happen to me in my entire life was having my 3 beautiful kids who are my whole world. But even now that I am in my 60s I still feel like I’m a Hand me down & it’s a really hard feeling to shake. Hand me down is the song I want played when I die.
