I once met a family with a German blond dad and a mum who was from the Philippines if I remember correctly. Two girls who looked EXACTLY alike, but one was blond, blue-eyed, light-skinned, no Asian features whatsoever, the other was a dark brunette, brown-eyed, dark complexion. It was truly amazing. It was impossible not to know immediately that they were siblings, but they were on such different ends of the genepool that they passed of as entirely different ethnicities.

I am the youngest of 11 all of us look pretty similar in some ways and totally different in others

As an adoptee who grew up as an only child dreaming of a sibling I just love these sibling videos. I have got to know my birth family and now I am the oldest of 7 so genetics and all that really intrigue me. Thanks Cut for constantly putting out interesting content

I knew twins growing up the younger brother is dark skinned and taller and the younger is high yellow and slightly shorter. They look almost exactly alike besides those differences.

It's actually pretty rare for true identical twins to happen. It's just way more likely for 2 eggs to be released, rather than one egg being split into two

I was a twin growing up. He passed away a couple years back and seeing this is so sweet and it makes me appreciate growing up with someone even if we had our differences and he ruined a lot of opportunities for himself and was naive enough to trust the wrong people. The twins were so cute and funny. It made me wonder if my brother and I had the potential to be that close. Every relationship is important. Especially family. Love is the bond that keeps people going.

Gotta start asking more "did you fight a lot" or "favorite memory together" type questions because you could have adopted siblings or step siblings that arent genetically related as well as fully related siblings, so while complexion and facial features can be a good starting point, you cant fully rely on it.

Genetics are amazing! I have fraternal twin boys who are biracial (half black). They have very different skin tones, hair types, eye color, etc. It’s so exciting to see their similarities and differences as they continue to grow as individuals 😍

We're a year and a half apart and we grew up playing mario games and I think of myself as mario (shorter, chubbier and more responsible) and he's luigi (opposite of me). I’m adopted, I grew up with one sibling, but I got to meet my family when I was 17 and I’m the second oldest of 7!! Plus I have 3 step brothers, so I have 10 siblings! I would LOVE to be on an episode like this. All of my siblings are half siblings and four aren’t related by blood at all and out of all of them one of my brothers looks EXACTLY like me and out of the rest I feel like no one would ever pair us up lmao

I always find these videos amusing, simply for the fact that my full blood sister and look nothing alike, even though we have the same two biological parents. I look like both of my parents and she looks like neither of them. Life happens!

She might look like a different family member though I was told I looked like neither of my parents as a kid and I look like my dad and sometimes like my mom

My mom had twins and others of course. The twins were boy and girl. The boys got into lots of fights in our family as well as the twin girl. The reason she got in lots of fights was because her twin worked hard to avoid fights until he was in line of sight of her. If she saw anyone trying to touch her brother she would rip that person a new one. She would be bloody, the other kid would be bloody but many times her twin wouldnt look like he had been touched. Reminded me of the half brother and sister when it was her that came to his rescue.

I love that the two pairs of sisters had the same colors (plaid and pink). Both sets ❤️

I can’t look at my siblings in awkward situations without laughing so no matter which one you picked you’d know the moment we looked at each other 🥴🤣
