I present--and show how to use--the rules for positive, negative, and zero exponents when you add, subtract, multiply, divide, or raise to a power. I also cover combining like terms as well as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing polynomials. I cover dividing polynomials by binomials with long division.
