How much did this guy pay to get interviewed and tell these lies? 😂😂
If trust me bro was a person
I can’t believe this dude literally came on here and made this story up. He did NOT play D1 football! NO college is going to kick you off of scholarship, and allow you to still live there. They absolutely can kick you out of college before you are convicted of a crime. Even if the school, “dropped the charges,” the DA would have absolutely picked them up and still prosecuted him. Most importantly, it is not legal for a judge to dismiss charges but sentence you to ANYTHING let alone 100 hours of community service. Arrest records are still available if charges are dropped.. this guy did NOT get arrested. IF someone was REALLY in a coma, he absolutely would have been charged. He, “was not arrested because it was self defense,” is a BS lie too. Cops don’t get to decide at the scene of a crime that someone acted in self defense. Saying he could fill all of those scripts because he, “had health insurance,” is another lie. Health insurance would NOT cover all of those scripts. Even though they couldn’t track stuff like they do know, once the pharmacy put the info in the computer it would show that his insurance recently paid for the medication. People who were ACTUALLY doctor shopping would get the scripts and PAY CASH for them? That’s how they didn’t get caught!! This guy is a habitual liar. Ian, you really need to start vetting these people before you bring them on.

He didn’t say he had a full ride scholarship: Those are pretty rare. Even Athletic scholarship are based on grades and need to be renewed/granted annually . I didn’t get very far into this video so I can’t speak to much more than that

The fentanyl story is bs...a Bronx dealer did NOT give him his money back. He may have gotten off that block, depending how he acted, but would have at minimum his ass kicked. Nobody could have gotten off that car wreck on the FDR even if the person that helped him was high level NYPD or the mayor. Even his textbook sorry smells.

@@mariav1045from my experience at a D1 13 years ago, football and basketball scholarships had to be 100%. Idk what the difference is to other sports. I was a track athlete on a 75% scholarship. I think it was a Title IX thing. One of my teammates got cut because she wasn’t performing where she should have been after 2 years so the coach cut her and she had to come clean the weight room once a week to keep her scholarship for the rest of the year 😂
Bro sounds high as a kite on them opiates 😂
“Thinking I was untouchable”… he is 100% untouchable. Wow.
Guy is talking about the pills being expensive when they were DIRT cheap back when he is talking about. He is telling stories. 😂😂

Some things he's said were a bit questionable. The guy that he hit when his friend was attacked. If he wasn't arrested at the scene because it was deemed self defense, why would he be in trouble later had that guy died? That part didn't make sense to me. Also, how didn't he get into trouble when he was caught red handed stealing the books?
@joshwalton25
29 күн бұрын
Just a guess, but from what I know about self defense laws, the guy dying as a result of the blow (even if it happened hours after) could be used as evidence of excessive force, negating the self defense claim.
@VIPVixen1
25 күн бұрын
@@joshwalton25your guess is incorrect. Self defense includes inflicting deadly force when protecting your property or a life. Therefore the subsequent demise of the offender alone, doesn’t void the right to stand your ground. The only way self defense would be reversed is if it’s later deemed that the ‘victim’ became the aggressor when the situation was no longer threatening. ie: the offender was fleeing or the immediate threat was no longer present.
@joshwalton25
25 күн бұрын
@@VIPVixen1 So when it comes to using deadly force to protect personal property, the laws vary *wildly* from state to state, and when we're talking about a residence/land, depending if you rent or own. We're actually in agreement on the rest though. From a pure legal standpoint, it's self defense even if the guy dies. Judges and Juries aren't obligated to rule solely based on law/precedent though (see: Jury Nullification), and any lawyer is absolutely going to play up the "He only threw one punch, and the Defendant killed him for it" angle.
@VIPVixen1
23 күн бұрын
It’s common knowledge that laws vary by state. Also, the lawyer arguing that ‘he threw one punch and the defendant kiI|ed him for it’ is a poor justification bc that would obviously be met with the rebuttal that self defense was warranted and unintentionally/unfortunately, it resulted in the demise of the attacker.
Great episode as always

My guess is this guy was either a walk on at a D1-AA school or a D2 not a “high level D1” lol also all charges are dropped but the judge sentenced him to 100 hours community service? Feel like everything this dude says is a lie and another thing is this dude has the nasaly raspy voice of a person currently on opiates.. sounds like every dude I know on who’s on dope… actually just looked it up and couldn’t find any info on him ever playing any college football. My conclusion is this guy is soon to own some sober houses and tell people how to get sober his way lolol

Not trying to be a dick so I apologize if it came off that way I'm just curious if I'm missing something or if I'm just being to literal (which is probably the case)?

Sounds like he did some sort of pre trial diversion and didn't want to admit it to this audience 🤔
Fetanyl roxys are 1000 times better than blue roxys he wouldnt have been mad. Every story was bullshit. He ran a mile after the accident hes such a liar.
He's a classic, textbook example of how someone lies and their body betrays them: pay attention to what he says when nodding his head up and down (affirmative nod) vs when he's clearly lying and his head goes left to right (shaking head no). If he would have just stuck with truthful versions of his stories, this would have been a decent vid but too many things are EASILY fact-checked and don't align with his rendition.
Dude did not plat D1 football.. I’m only 12 mins in & this guy is full of himself…
