I agree completely. I’ve been interviewed by a bunch of different people, and I must say the experience of sitting down and being interviewed by Ian Bick was not only one of my goals for the year but also a great experience. He not only makes his guest appear to feel comfortable while on camera. He also is very easy to talk to off camera. My episode actually comes out this Sunday. Hope you enjoy it. I know I’m looking forward to it dropping. It was worth the trip flying to Connecticut from North Carolina for three day excursion in NY, that I must say sitting down with Ian was a Highpoint of.

@@Kcourt1996 I’m made a post on facebook saying i had two goals for 2024. 1 was to be interviewed by Ian. And the second was to be on stage with Matt Keegan and Benjamin Lerner. And within a week i had the interview with Ian scheduled. And flew to NY on May 2. And Benjamin is bringing me on stage with him and Matt at the LVOF(Lost Voices Of Fentanyl) rally at the Washington monument in DC on July 13. Point being if we set goals and put the work in. We can be unstoppable.

Ian you already know what a huge fan girl I am and each time I see you in another video huge charm your way to my heart again because you listen. You actually listen quietly and carefully with love for each person you speak to. I have found my niche. I want to be a part of this. It is something that I never dreamed. I would ever feel again. One year ago I was back in my hometown in West Virginia so my mom wouldn't be alone during the C word. I became very sick and overwhelmed with depression unable to be of any help to my 89 year old mother. That's when I found out over a zoom call by a complete stranger a physician that I had never met before that I was HIV positive. I could never get a needle in my own veins but I hung around people who could. I had a lot of unprotected S word and boom that's what happens.

I'm so sorry hunny... I'm a fellow widower and it happened when I was barely 30 yo. I'm 33 now and things are getting some better. But I miss him so, so much every single day. Fortunately we didn't have a toxic marriage it was actually very healthy but he had demons he fit on the daily.

I can sorta assume why you say that. I mean I'd guess that long timers/lifers have less drama and a better program and would probly be more chill than younger cats in there for a 2 piece or a nickel. Is that more or less why? Like the older heads 40 yr old dudes serving 25 yrs they would be more chill, yeah?

I mean I've been to jail back and forth but never prison and don't plan on it thank God but I'm telling you like everybody in there is an addict. And almost everybody I mean it's related to doing drugs you know so I just hate that we're all getting punished thrown in jail and that s*** in prison.
