レスターさん✨ 質問ありがとう！ いい質問ですね☺️🙌 ★[たform]ほうがいいですよ。 これはやさしいアドバイスとかsuggestion です。 英語で ‘You should’の意味です。 ★[dictionary form]べきです。 これは つよいアドバイスとか、warning です。 英語で ‘You had better’ の意味です。 レスターさん、れんしゅうのために、例文(れいぶん)をかんがえてみてください😌💕

Why do the verbs used in this grammar have to be in the TA form (in the past)? That way, doesn't it suggest something the person should have done in the past? Like, "You should have gone to the hospital". Thank you.
