I hope you're feeling well; some ways to regulate the nervous system during anxiety attacks are shaking your body, box breathing, trying to sing your favorite song, and sticking your face in cold water (preferably with iced water). I hope this helps you in the future

When he talks about making payroll, I think a ton of small businesses do this. The systems set against the small business owner.

Interesting interview. After listening to his story and watching the movie, it’s difficult to believe he’s turned the corner. Even after serving his first sentence he scammed billions more once released. He even ran cons on the religious community. I just can’t believe he’s sincere. At best I’m skeptical.
