Massive progress building distress tolerance & our abilities to connect It's different for all of us

I did notice it actually I just didn't let it affect how I connected to what I was doing 😁 which is even better apparently! - Connor

Wonderful day, sounds like. No headache or migraine and still enjoying human connection. ❤❤❤ I look up to this progress. 😊

This has been one of the most amazing things, we still get a lot of headaches but I think they turn into migraines less, or it takes more to turn into one and more of the time we can enjoy connection before it starts to cause pain. Wild and surprising progress 🎉

We used to think this would never change, so it is possible even when it really doesn't feel like it and we try to hold onto that whenever anything feels eternal.

@thisbetheverses absolutely! Unfortunately, I can't remember a lot of it. Could tell you welder we went to eat and what movie we saw. But I can't tell you too much of everything. Memory is weird like that. You wake up the next day, seemingly different, and yesterday is a blur. Let alone the last few days or so. Trippy. As a friend I'm chatting with just referred to it as.
