Mason Grady on the Wing for Wales?!
Спорт
Mason Grady has played 10 of his last 10 games on the wing. With Louis Rees-Zammit departing Rugby, could Mason Grady be used as a wing option for Wales in the Six Nations?

@@gingertronmk1 Grady's last ditch tackle and the quins player has his hand under the ball, and goes straight into the air on impact. Maybe the TMO saw the ball scrape the surface but they've got far better eyes than me if that's the case! 😆

i watched it live, there was another angle which showed it better, think it was a try although very close to being butchered

@@philipeafroboy1 watched it live too - it was nothing close to being a try. Slow motion replays have the effect that Hawkeye struggles with with slip catches carrying in cricket.
I really wanted to see him kept at 13 this season but I have to admit he’s been brilliant on the wing and now LRZ is gone he needs to be in the back 3 with Rio and Adams. Great vid as always mate
Good option on the wing he doesn't look experienced enough to play in the centres yet and struggled against SA and Portugal when he played 13 for Wales last year but then again he was playing with Johnny Williams who probably isn't international quality so you would expect him to be better alongside Tompkins but I would have him on the bench to start with because you can't really justify dropping Dyer or Adams.

I can certainly justify dropping dyer. Don’t get me wrong he’s a fantastic winger for the dragons. But he hasn’t shown up for wales. He’s not physical enough and dosent attack space like Grady does

@@cbx_parallel9809 Depends on what you want Dyer is better on the kick chase and more solid under the high ball in my opinion which Gatland likes so I think its higher risk playing Grady against tier 1 opposition as Russell would probably target him if he starts but Grady offers more in attack. Grady is higher risk but higher reward if he shows up.
Don't need to jump for a high ball if you're already a foot taller than anyone else trying to catch it
👍Mason, Rio and Josh against the Springjocks.
Been waiting for this one! Really hoping he resigns for Cardiff

@@AndrewDavidForde Oops good spot!
For me it’s George North back on the wing and Mason in the centre
Man it would be interesting to see him against Duhan Van der Merwe, James Lowe or Joe Cockinasinga eh? Some big lads

lol he’s tearing down the wing vs Cockinasinga in these highlights
Davies Lloyd Grady Tompkins North Dyer Adams

Agreed apart from half backs- I’d go Williams and costellow with Lloyd on the bench to cover 10 & 15
Should stay there for at least a couple years until he can get regular gametime at 13 for Cardiff at least
