Mine oh mine, I have been meaning to buy that mass pan for the longest time😊 I have you send to the North to buy lots of masa which I keep frozen and steam.. this looks amazing sis, absolutely perfect. My aunty used normal milk for her own brand of masa and it was insane so I can imagine the coconut.. will try for sure.

Delicious recipe Aunty. The pan you used for the rice cakes, looks familiar to the one, the Japanese use to prepare takoyaki which a ball-shaped Japanese snack with minced octopus or other seafood. It will be a new record if you could prepare it.

You can fry in small batches like a pancake, in a regular frying pan. Also, see the innovative twist dine with Sianorkie cooked masa on Instagram! It will inspire you! Here’s the link 👉🏽 instagram.com/reel/Cg13JYAjZQQ/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=

Hey hey, meni sane kwlaa n3?! Hahahahaha! Oogba n naa waaa mami! Hm.. I just got thru your beautiful east African version(vitumbua) hope I spelled it right. I know, this your latest venture is our fault, we all commented about vitumbua resembling the massa, now look what we've done! Hahaha! Now u are sending me to make massa again today! Aoooo minyemi Osu bi dzee bi. Oyiwala donnn, ni Yehowa a ba sla bo k3 O shia f333! Ohaa mi minsh33, ni n naa noko n feo through n dreaded chemo treatments, hewol3 oyiwala donnn!! 🙋♀️ Yes, u are right about the cast iron one, its killing me with the regular seasoning, and I really dont have the energy to be seasoning any more pans. I think I shld go back and get the nonstick. Thanks much sis.👍

@@NanaabasKitchen much love. I like to flex my GA spelling regularly, so that I don't forget it..i know u enjoy reading it from me too, when I chastise u for getting me back to the kitchen, when I just finished ur last recipe! U know how this language has a comedic flair to it, even when u are getting insults rained at u! I just love the GA language! Too funny! I can hear my Labadi father from beyond, bulging his eyes at me with those blofo borrowed letters to spell in GA..Hahaha! I need to load the GA keyboard tho. Thanks for playing along. I need that! You can also use rice flower to speed up the process and not use uncooked raw rice grains that needs to be soaked 😊

VITUMBUA ) -2 mugs Rice -2 mugs coconut milk. - 1 mug sugar - 2 Tspn yeast - 2 table spoon oil - 1/2 mug cooked rice or left over rice.. Try this recipe see how soft they are..
I hated massa as a kid, can’t remember why but why didn’t anybody tell me it’s rice and making it is this fancy…
