    It's a Bengali dish. We mostly prepare with masoor dal different kind of veg but dal is to be semi cooked. It tastes very good.😊

    Cabbage takes less time to cook than masoor Dal. So cabbage will be overcooked and will lose all its mutrition

    रेसिपी ठीक है पर मसूर को दाल में जो सोंधापन आना चाहिए वह इस प्रकार नही आयगा, दाल और पत्ता गोभी को अलग अलग बना कर मिक्स करें और उनके बाद लहसुन और लालमिर्च का घी में तड़का देवे फिर इस रेसिपी का स्वाद आता है ,प्लीज दर्शकों को वही बतावे जो आपने सीखी है।

    Tel garam karne per, aap ne 2 sukhi lal mirch dali. Uske baad aapne kounse seeds fry kiye? Mustard aur Cumin ke? (What did you add immediately after adding 2 dry red chilies to the hot oil, was it mixture of the mustard and cumin seeds that you fried? Thanks.

    Okay, I found the answer. It is Panch Phoron or Phoran ( or paanch phoron) literally means “five spices.” It is a spice blend commonly used in Eastern India and consists of the five seeds: Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella and Fennel.
