Use chana ( whole ) or matar after soaked overnight and put some potato too. Thats great too.

Cabbage takes less time to cook than masoor Dal. So cabbage will be overcooked and will lose all its mutrition

रेसिपी ठीक है पर मसूर को दाल में जो सोंधापन आना चाहिए वह इस प्रकार नही आयगा, दाल और पत्ता गोभी को अलग अलग बना कर मिक्स करें और उनके बाद लहसुन और लालमिर्च का घी में तड़का देवे फिर इस रेसिपी का स्वाद आता है ,प्लीज दर्शकों को वही बतावे जो आपने सीखी है।
हमलोग भी बनाएंगे बहुत अच्छा लगा अपका रेसीपी

Sounds good but I will use pressure cooker after putting Masoor dal.
Adding cold water in cooking dish,STOP the cooking process,, common since,,,, use hot water

Tel garam karne per, aap ne 2 sukhi lal mirch dali. Uske baad aapne kounse seeds fry kiye? Mustard aur Cumin ke? (What did you add immediately after adding 2 dry red chilies to the hot oil, was it mixture of the mustard and cumin seeds that you fried? Thanks.

It’s called panch phoran… a type of tadka using mustard seeds, methi seeds, jeera, kalonji and saunf (fennel seeds)…

Why not cook the daal first and then add cabbage. This way the cabbage will not be overcooked.
