Is there any special instructions on what to do before the first use?…like do you wash the stone first ?

yes there is a good booklet but do not wash the stone.

Could you cook steak, fish or other meat?

That is NOT a pizza cutter that comes with it. That is a scraper to clean the pizza stone. Don't you read the directions?

The average person will have an oven that only goes to 500F. Please, how will I get the pizza stone to 800F using my oven??? So the stove CAN'T do it all. Imagine that!
