Jade has a unique way of catching things with her extra digits. She is stunning!

A white cloud with huge paws 🥰 what a beauty! My Maxi was a rare Maine Coon mixbreed with short fur, a very fluffy tail and huge paws. 5 toes on the rear and 7 on the front paws. One toe on every front paw was like a thumb, and he was able to grab my hand and hold it. Holding paws with such a cat is awesome! The vet sometimes called Maxi "Bigfoot" and he was right. He looked more like a too big grown house cat, but his character, talking and appetite was true Maine Coon. And he was a truebreed lap cat with his weight of 9 kg. Still miss him after so many years.

She is absolutely beautiful. I've always thought having a polydactyl would be neat, but none of my coonies have that trait. Lizzie May, our new kitten is a delight. She's trying to help me type as we speak. I'm so thankful for her. She's 18 weeks now.

I LOVE polydactyls!! My albino polydactyl (possibly of Siamese origin) has 24 toes. 😸🥰😺 Pollyanna loves to "hold hands". I was surprised when I found out it is actually a dominant trait. Ernest Hemingway had a special love for polydactyls, in fact they were called Hemingway cats in key west where he lived.

My beautiful white cat Simon passed away in my arms on June 25th. A little over a week ago. He was wonderful. He looked alot like Jade but he was a rescue....looked a lot like a Turkish Angora. He had beautiful light mint eyes and was polydactyl on all four feet. I miss him terribly.

Friend, I'm so very sorry for your loss, sincere condolences. 😢 You are in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏 We lost another one of our children about 6 months ago. Her name was a domestic short hair that was black and white like some cows are, with ice blue eyes. Her name was Mucca (it's the Italian word for cow) We were blessed to have for an amazing 16 years until she got cancer. There are too many people out there who just consider the animals they have as simply pets. All of mine have been and will continue to be my children. Take care! All my love from Minnesota, USA 🇺🇸 ❤
