​@eden20111 Nope....the actor's name is Mick Wingart. I think he's voiced Tony Stark for at least one Avengers cartoon. He does an excellent job, though his voice is a little higher and more nasal than RDJ's.

I thought Tony could call his armor because he has the bracelet that was previously used to summon his armor when Loki threw him out of Avengers tower during the first Avengers movie.

"Why is it all sticky?" believe has to do with the pink goo he was stuck in earlier in the episode. Like the residue was still there.

No it's a call back to Thor Ragnarok, Grandmaster does something with his left hand which makes it sticky💀i think you got it

Also, Tony mentions “demon in a bottle” when at the bar with valkyrie, this could be calling back to the comic run “Demon In a Bottle” in which Tony Stark battled alcoholism

The Grandmaster as he says melting is a callback to Grandmaster melting one of his victims in Thor: Ragnarök. Literally you have Death Race moments with cars crashing, drivers driving. You get Demon in a Bottle storyline reference by Tony Stark. They are also paying homage to Jack Kirby's art with some of the characters Korg beats senselessly.

Not everything is a reference or callback. It's "literally" what happens to everyone when that rod is used. It's cause and effect.

Remember Korg's "Ok, now we look cool" from an earlier episode? He called out a similar cliché thing in this episode. "Thank you for indugling me guys. I've always wanted to walk *very* slowly."

Never thought we would get a Tony! Toni! Tone! reference in the MCU but we got it.

7:07 Knew it wasn’t going to be Hulk (like you said, it wouldn’t match with the timeline), but, at the time of watching, for the briefest of moments, a part of me was hoping it was going to be “Doug” who was brought up by Korg in Thor: Ragnarok. 😂

I think the inconsistency is in that it comes on piece by piece and not remotely as the only 2 times we see him put on the mk 7 it is as one unit

3:14 This is also a crazy accidental reference to Jeff Goldblum playing the Wizard of Oz in the upcoming Wicked movies! Which is insane since this episode would have been made long before that casting was even announced!

In my opinion I think Jeff had wayy too much fun with the voice acting in this episode, he just sounds like such a delight

So you just gonna skip the Easter egg when Tony tells Valkyrie to not chase that Demon in a Bottle

This is the third episode of What If…? Tony’s survived 🎉

My most favourite what if episode so far

The mario kart reference was pretty cool It was when tony slide and got a boost at the final race against the grand master

Having more experience with college parties than the type the Grand Master would have, I just assumed Tony's suit was sticky from spilled drinks.

Merry Christmas

This was easily one of my most favorite episodes of anything Marvel in 2023.

Korg being on sakaar in 2012 in this episode and on Xandar in episode 1 (s2) in like 2015 or 16, and then being found back on Sakaar implies he got off Sakaar, went to Xandar then got sent back within the span of a decade and Im here for it lol

As someone who watches the Vtuber Snuffy I was dying of laughter when Jessica said "Dont search that up on your work computer"

10:26 could the gundam looking thing be a Galactus reference, the big takeaway is the horns

This episode is my favourite episode so far of What If season 2. I enjoyed this one so much. Glad to see Tony Stark again.

What If Season 2 has been Marvelous! Probably my favourite episode.... God, every episodd is amaIng, be it 80's avengers, nebula one, hulk hogan, or this... This series and Loki are peak marvel

Tony's suit turning into a race car was bad ass!

The race and race cars are way too reminiscent of Spy Kids 3 to be a coincidence. That has to be at least a small reference.

I thing "mojo" is just a reference to Ironman's style and swagger. Like Austin Powers lost his mojo and couldn't bone.

But what about the infinite crusher? Season 1 episode 9 made it seem like they had used the infinite crusher to destroy the stones and defeated thanos that way, but we see nothing about the infinite crusher here.

This is literally what I was thinking, I know it's implied some more time has passed and then they destroy the stones with the crusher and destroy the gauntlet on Nidavellir and it's at that moment that the watcher recruits gamora. But we really should have seen that
