@@ammarabbas5153 digital foundry did a break down and the 120hz 40fps fidelity mode barely ever dipped down to 39fps. Performance rarely ever dipped down to 58-59fps and fidelity dipped to a low of 38 and it was super rare. This game is highly polished which is refreshing since games like starfield, Jedi survibor, red fall and other big AAA games we’ve been getting have launched like shit.

It's incredible honestly. Like. Before 2 remastered looked phenomenal. And now remastered just looks like. Flat, compared to 2. I'm way impressed. And can't wait!!

Web Swinging is so much faster oh god.

I really enjoy the 40fps quality mode via my 144hz screen. It's really a great balance between the 2 modes and there is a further option to have to 40fps locked or unlocked.

I always thought Spiderman remastered was wayyyy to saturated and if you turn the saturation down it dims it way too much. I love the color palette in SM2 way more realistic

I have a 2015 32inch 60hrz TV 720p for my PS4 pro. I'm hoping to upgrade to the PS5 on Friday or Saturday so I can play this game. If I keep my current TV would the graphics look the same or better in your opinion compared to the Spider-Man PS4 game on PS4?

Graphics wise you won’t notice much of a graphical improvement at 720 p however you’d be able to hit 60 fps no problem if you have the option I’d upgrade because this game deserves to be seen in all its beauty but if not don’t worry your current tv will do fine hope this helps best of luck on the ps5 brother

@@jimmy_woods4337there’s a $149-$250 monitor that I got and it’s 24 inches 120hz curved and all that shit. I think it’s called an Element or something with a Y. Upgrading your tv instantly improves quality and graphics of ur game. Consoles won’t do much but a better tv is quickly noticeable

It’s crazy how much performance they are able to squeeze out of the ps5. Compared to the remastered spiderman 1, it’s a big difference in detail.

Yeah, when you’re playing the game, it doesn’t look that different, but in photo mode and just looking around, you can see how much better the buildings look. Glass buildings aren’t just blue tinted, they actually look mirror like from a. Distance. Brick buildings don’t look like legos in mid range distance and the water is amazing. Other details like that combine and it looks really nice.

And this is comparing the ps5 version to the (ps5?) remastered version of spider man 1. But the true leap in graphics between the two would be spider man 1 on ps4 base console vs spider man 2 on ps5 current console.

And some contrarians still say this would've been possible on PS4, or that it looks no better than a PS4 game 😂

Different seasons. The first game takes place in fall, Miles Morales takes place the next year in winter, and 2 takes place a few months after Miles Morales in summer.

@@fantapro23spider man 2 takes place in the Summer. Central Park is very green on SP2 but on SP1 it’s orange/brown and a lot of leaves on the ground. So it’s in the summer. That’s why the shadows are different too

Fidelity gives you maximum pedestrian density and realistic reflections on everything from the cabinets in the classrooms opening scene to a glass on a counter- performance seems to only have it on windows.

Sure, when you're stood still, fidelity mode looks better. It's when you're moving that it becomes an issue. I get that everyone has their own tastes but I can't fathom how anyone would opt for fidelity over performance. Go to the beginning of this video where Spidey is swinging over vehicles and try to focus on one of those vehicles and pick out details of those vehicles in fidelity mode...you can't. Then do the same in performance, you can see everything. You're literally losing visuals with fidelity, you're losing frames of animation.

@@craigtrish2011 You can suggest whatever you like but the fact remains, games look a lot more solid at 60fps. You're losing half the imagery at 30 frames, hence why games look jittery in motion. It's not even a debate, it's just fact.

This doesn't even look like next gen even ps4 can handle it

@@The-Legend-of-P it is, but this game has 4k 40fps enabled with vrr, fidelity and performance. All modes have rt enabled while first game had fidelty, performance and rt performance.
