Sometimes it's about being transparent as a writer, to include and deconstruct obvious solutions and explain why they wouldn't work - just to show the audience that you as a writer are aware of it. Just throw in two lines. Iron Man: "Why not just... double the resources? You can do anything with these stones, can't you?" Thanos: "And then what? The greedy will become greedier, the poor will have even less. True balance can only be achieved if all are treated in the same way." Or regarding Wanda, especially after they established that the Multiverse is basically endless with countless possibilities: Strange: "Have you considered that there might be a reality were your children are alive, but you're not? Where they could be in dire need of a mother?" Wanda: "Of course I did, that was my first instinct! But the Multiverse is vast, Strange, even bigger than you or I can imagine. Millions of possibilities, so many realities, where I don't even HAVE children! But then, my dreams led me to my sons! I'm not letting this opportunity fade away."

Honestly, you bring up a good point about Namor, you would think he would've made his presence known to the surface world during the Snap since he clearly is devoted to his people and since he wasn't much of a rational person and still holds a hatred to the colonisation of his people, you'd think he would've jumped the shark (pun intended) and blame the surface world and probably gone to war during the 5-year gap considering half of the people of Talochan must've gotten dusted. I mean we all saw what he did to Wakanda after Nakia unintentionally killed a Talochanian, Namor would've gone ballistic on the surface world. BTW Namor was such a fantastic antagonist and Tenoch Huerta killed it.

Fair point. But then again we saw in the film how impulsive Namor is when it come to safety and security of his people nd I imagine watching half of your entire civilisation fade away must've been traumatic and lead to him seeking some kind of answers to seek closure. In fact I could imagine that Namor could've in fact sent small scouts out to find answers yet keep a discrete profile without thr surface world noticing them as they are proven to be quite a stealthy civilisation, sneaking up on the oil rig in the film, in addition to having technology for occasions when they would have to arise out of the oceans for decades. Surely some scouts could've informed Namor of how this was a worldwide situation and some means of gaining information could've doable thus could've lead to Namor making his presence known to the world. I'm not trying to be negative in any way it just seems like funny plot hole to point that sounds quite intriguing to have seen. But I digress.

You do have a point, and at the bare minimum I could've imagined at least 5% of Talochan's population must've gotten dusted as it is a major civilisation with who knows how much of an empire they have below the sea. But then again considering Namor quite literally flooded Wakanda and murdered hundreds of people, including the Queen herself, all just as a warning for the fact that one Wakandan inadvertently killed a single member of Namor's people, only makes me imagine how even more hostile and relentless Namor could've been hhad he gone to war with the surface world as even if he didn't know it was Thanos's doing, Namor is clearly an irrational person when it comes to the safety of his people and would kill hundreds for the death of one Talochanian, thus he could've killed thousands even millions out of pure grief, anger and bolted up rage against the action of colonisers fron the past and putting said hatred towards the surface world, which would've been likely to happen during rhe 5 year gap.

I will say that a lot of people tend to overlook something in the Wanda-Strange conversation; he suggests working with America in the actual movie. She shuts it down with an (albeit irrational) argument that she needs the power so that she can travel across the multiverse to find the cure to anything that might ever happen to her children. The bottom line is that she's gone mad, not that she's actually come up with a "reasonable" (her word) plan.

I’m imagining a movie where she doesn’t want to kill Chavez but instead kidnaps her and forces her to take her to every universe until she finds one that she’s satisfied with. It also could’ve been interesting to see Strange and Wong travel through every universe to track them down so we could’ve still gotten the new characters and worlds and same hijinks/horrors but more refined and nuanced. It could’ve been interesting to see Wanda find herself unexpectedly bonding with Chavez during all this and through that heal the trauma of losing her children, maybe she even makes peace with the sad truth she never really had kids and decides to mentor Chavez but then it’s revealed they might have found a universe with her boys in it. I’m not sure who the “villain” would be in this version but I just think it would’ve been more complex than…what happened.

This is why I think they screwed phase 4 up with not having Mephisto or Nightmare released from the actions of Loki. They should have been the ones manipulating Wanda and blinding her. Ironically in the same way she manipulated Stark. Using her to go after America Chavez for themselves. The spell going wrong in No Way Home should have been as well directly linked to Loki killing He Who Remains, been released before Multiverse of Madness and featured America Chavez like it was originally intended. Basically the end of Loki should have been the main catalyst kicking off the events of phase 4, you get No Way Home building into Multiverse of Madness and then linking to Quantumania with Casey secretly exploring the quantum realm and being kidnapped.

For it to work in that way, you'd have to have Strange have MULTIPLE "spell layers", like in how we saw him add layers to his spell each time Peter changed his mind based on who he wanted to remember him.

If these skits were actually in the MCU, I’d go see one of the films. Alas, there are not so, I simply liked and subscribed. Continue doing God’s work!

Because the Darkhold corrupted her, as stated in the movie. Rational thought was tossed out the window.

Can we appreciate the quality boost in Warp Zone’s videos lately? I’ve always thought they’ve been great but it really seems like they’re working in a studio with freedom of creativity.

It’s always great when WarpZone makes such long videos, also 6:45 before seeing this I was ready to comment you haven’t seen the new post credit scene 😂

Out of all the complaints "MAGIC SPELLS THAT REWRITE REALITY DON'T MAKE SENSE" might be the silliest.

That wasn't the complaint. Based on the dialogue in the movie, the spell was supposed to affect memory. It's not till the extended cut that it was implied that it would also change evidence.

@@TheWarpZone I always viewed that spell like the Harry Potter Fidelius Charm that stops you from seeing/realizing/remembering a fact (like a location). With that spell, if you weren't told the secret by the Secret-Keeper, you could literally be looking at something and not realize it. I figured an effect like that would've happened anytime someone saw a picture, book, or video of Peter Parker.

I do have an Idea about MoM. Instead of assassinate the character of Wanda, why not make her alternate reality an Evil one and make Strange and Wanda and America work together to defeat her?

I thought wanda was gonna chill before she went super far then the rest pf the film deal with the real villain like another Wanda or something.

The Capt America/Falcon bit where they’re asking “ok what’s your suggestions” made me LOL so hard. That’s literally what I was thinking when I first watched that episode.

The Spider-Man one has already been addressed completely. The magic tampered the evidence. For the Namor one, they didn't even seem to know about Wakanda before Wakanda Forever.

5:37, I legit thought that's what they were going to go for, and that like a Flash comic, where the twist is that "everyone" means EVERYONE, so, Spiderman forgets he's Spiderman. That would be a much better movie.
