You can tell just by his eyes that Marty is 100% "The Real Deal" the way he talks about Johnny you can see he had nothing but admiration, love and respect for the man, he talks with so much passion & sincerity and this is so lovely to see, Marty is just pure, natural talent and must be truly wonderful to know as a friend and i wish he was my friend :-)

When Marty joined Johnny, he honed that rhythm and sound of Cash's trademark and made into his own. Pure Rockabilly/Country down-home music 🎶. If you can see Marty Stuart's show with Johnny and the Tennessee three it's enlightening the relationship they had and pretty good song as well.

Marty played at the casino where I work and I spoke to him backstage awhile. He was really nice and I was surprised how good he played guitar . I didn't know much about him before that and I still don't but I can say for sure that hes a nice fella and a damn good guitarist

Well Marty, good words about Johnny. What a life, huh? I wrote a song as a tribute to Johnny and his guitar picker Luther: Johnny Cash Tribute Me and My Guitar. Readers can do an Internet search to find it. What a privelege it must have been to know John so well. Keep up the good fight! Ter
