@@kenjicarlos8402 Metallica 100% garbage. One of the worst bands of all time that should've never done anything past Kill Em' All or their first demo for that matter. They sold out shortly after and they were never that good to begin with. Lars is actually one of the only good things about Metallica as his drumming is certainly unique. Uniquely shit but still unique, whereas the rest is just generic metal. Even Green Day makes better metal than Metallica, besides, with bands like Avenged Sevenfold or Megadeth or Dream Theater around these days who would want to listen to such an awfully old band like Metallica?

No one in history has walked into an established band career and the first album they record with them turns out to be that bands best album, which is one of the greatest metal albums of all time and made an unmistakable, iconic and inspiration performance that slingshotted him into the history books like Marty Friedman did.

I have to laugh when I watch this.....he's so on point on stage in these videos that it's disgusting. This is so easily the best metal solo work out there. Speed, flair, precision...you can't get any better than this. Friedman is the greatest metal lead guitarist of all time. Like.....one guy wrote all of this stuff. This guy does more with 1 strange bend in a solo than everyone else does on an album.

dimebag and marty are in my opinion the best metal guitarists to ever exist. Dimebag can write killer riffs AND solos that are not only impressive but musical as well. Marty writes mainly solos only, but again, the musicality and technic in them is superficial. They are both great writers and performers, but much different. Marty's solos sound like classical music, absolute works of art, while dime's have that dark, aggressive feel, which gives a lot of charachter to them. So, I wouldnt say that dime is overrated at all.

not only he's so fkn good, but you can recognize him just earing a bend.... the first time listening to "lila" by alluvial I thought "sounds like Marty Friedman" right after the first 3 notes of his solo and I had no doubt about it at the end, didn't even bothered to check it out for confirmation....
