Be careful bro I have heard these amps are easy to blow especially if your voltage isn't steady you may want to look into getting a super cap for under the hood something to help stabilize the voltage and keep it above 14.0

@@Zachecker yeah I already know bro I went through the same problem 😔 and I really wanted to be able to run these types of amps just in case the only thing with it is they are extremely power hungry amps mart's, taramps, slapz,etc and with that they need a power supply that holds voltage really good when you dip down into the lower 13's higher 12's it over works the amp to try to produce the same power as when it's at higher voltage and this causes the amp to heat up extremely fast and that's when you get a combination of Heat, under voltage,over working the amp, etc and BOOM 💥 there goes the amp that's why you see the guys with the really big systems having banks of cells because they hold voltage and have a super fast recharge rate and yes majority of them are running 16v BUT!! There are so many options as far as banks go for every voltage and the the majority of people running 16v like me are just running it for the Extra power you receive from any amplifier 20-25% like my 6k running at 16v it will provide over 7K over 1000 extra watts rms which makes it to where I can buy a lower rated (CHEAPER) amp and get the same power as a more expensive model but with that yeah you definitely need better voltage you can get the same type of cells or battery that the guys running 16v use just in a 5S configuration instead of 6S and it will work perfectly for your charging system as much money as you spend bro you should just get the best thing possible a Battery Bank and then you won't need anything else I have a 29AH bank running my entire car, system, LED everything with the front battery delete just two bus bars in place of it Also how many runs of 0 gauge do you have coming off the alternator running to the back with an 8k you will need at minimum 3 runs of 0 gauge most wiring is only rated for 350 amps of current meaning you would need 3 runs to supply the 800 amps or more of current the amp is going to draw you can get away with two runs but you will need a battery bank with either a super fast recharge rate like SCIB, LTO, Shenquan or a bank with a lot of reserves so before buying any more batteries make sure your wiring is up to par I had this problem as well SMH!!

@@SlamryCamry19 yessir I do have 2 runs of 0 gauge from alt but I need to get a terminal that I can add a lot of 0 gauge bc right now I can only fit 2 on the positive on the 320 amp alt
