And in the last 20 years United have won multiple prem titles, a CL, Europa league and multiple cups. Why would United hang their last 20 years on this throwaway game? Can we talk about what Beckham said about the manager shouldn't have to motivate the players, I see 1 major difference between the team he was in and the team now, the love for the club, in Fergusons day he brought a lot of players through the ranks and they loved the club , the players today are brought in and the club does not mean that much to them they have no affiliation with Utd and are playing more for the wages than for pride and love for Utd, So I can see what Beckham was on about but its a totally different culture at Utd now.

@@garfield2193 Who's fault was it that there was 400m spent? Utd were messing around that whole transfer window and had to do last minute deals at extortionate prices. He wanted De Jong and they wouldn't commit to it. I'm not convinced they were his signings at all

Arsenal players are mentally solid. This has come with the experience of last season and in the CL this season. This game means more to us than just shattered Utd pride. Utd are mentally frail atm. All it takes is for Arsenal to score the first goal to drop their heads. Utd's defence is awful. Onana can't save ground shots so I hope we exploit this weakness on top of exposing their whole back line. Arsenal to win 3-1
