@@petersmith2522 He's 29 in December, his value is €65 million on transfermarkt. He's had one good season. He's 59 goals and 29 assists in 150+ PL games. He's not even on the same level as Harry Kane. Never getting 90-100 million pounds for Watkins.

Salah was very poor in the second half of this season. Liverpool were actually doing better before he came back from the AFCON. Liverpool really should send him to Saudi and buy a younger player like Olise or Kudus to replace him. That whole forward line needs a refresh

@raijinenel3116 Salah was nearly leading the league in both goals and assists prior to his hamstring injury with Egypt at AFCON in January. He was out for two months until March after that. You’re using extreme recency bias. Because he was clearly still impacted by his hamstring the last 6-7 weeks of the season.

@@raijinenel3116 For starters, he got injured in January. Second, he only played 1,088 minutes after his hamstring injury in January. He had 7 goals and 5 assists in 1,088 minutes. That comes out to a G/A exactly every 90 minutes. Very lazy analysis on your part.

The whole narrative around Salah this year was lazy and reactionary. For starters, before picking up his hamstring injury with Egypt at AFCON in January, he was nearly leading the league in both goals and assists. Secondly, Liverpool rushed him back far too early from his hamstring injury. They brought him back for 45 minutes against Brentford one month after he picked up the injury and he had a goal and an assist. The problem was he aggravated his hamstring in those 45 minutes and was out for another month. Too many people overlooked the fact Salah was clearly not right physically the last 6-7 weeks of the season when he returned. Finally, in addition to his 18 goals and 10 assists in the league, he lead the league in big chances created. Salah literally should have had double the assists this season but Nunez, Diaz, and Gapko were diabolical at finishing. His 25 goals and 14 assists this season are very misleading. His hamstring injury not only ruled him out for two very important months of the season but it very clearly was still impacting him even when he came back. And his assists numbers should have easily been around 25 this season if the players mentioned could actually finish.

@scottking869 Salah has 211 goals and 89 assists in 7 seasons for Liverpool. That comes out to 30 goals and 13 assists per season. Salah’s hamstring injury derailed him from having his best personal season since his first year in England. He was cooking until his hamstring injury in January. People very quickly lost sight of that and were trying to bury him without proper context. 17/18: 44 goals, 15 assists 18/19: 27 goals, 10 assists 19/20: 23 goals, 13 assists 20/21: 31 goals, 6 assists 21/22: 31 goals, 15 assists 22/23: 30 goals, 16 assists 23/24: 25 goals, 14 assists

Why would Isak leave Darrass Hall where he lives now for North London which is an absolute sh*thole and the knife crime capital of the UK. Have you even seen darrass hall?😂 Isak has stated he wants to be at Newcastle for the project which is currently one of the best projects in world football. Arsenal are at their peak and still can’t win anything, they aren’t getting any better which is exactly why their best youngsters have asked to leave to join Newcastle also (Cozier-Duberry) Bookmark this and come back to it, I’m so confident that Isak won’t leave especially for arsenal, maybe if it was Man City or Madrid then yes but not arsenal, let’s be serious 🤦🏼‍♂️ - no we do NOT need to sell, have you even seen how many sponsorships and partnerships we have brought in so far?😂 we haven’t even gone down the training kit sponsor, stadium sponsor etc yet, there’s so many ways to bring income in and we are only just getting started, Isak is also in talks for a new contract😂
