Triathletes don't have many recovery days, but when they do, they're still big days. We joined recent Dubai half-ironman winner Marten and the PTC squad for a Friday morning swim set and gym session in Girona.

6x200m as alternating 150 cruise, 50 build // 200 cruise

    So if water usually helps with recovery but in this it is an element of training,plus gym then one of the coolest things to try is triathlon

    can't wait for this chanel to become the best swimming/cycling/running/traithlon pro training. The best of each world. You might need to create a chanel for each sport at the end tho.

    Amazing to see them using mini dumbbells instead. Weight does not matter, form and exercise matters more

    for those wondering. swimming is a lot less pace oriented during majority of training. Because you can't really injured yourself because of overtraining. The worst thing that can appen is muscular fatigue.

    What's the point of wearing a mask during the gym session? Those shitty face covering should be taking off, especially for triathletes who need all their breathing capacities.
