Hay dos opciones. La primera es mediante el controlador pero solo modificara los pads. Si tienes el MPK mini, hay un botón llamado "Full Level" presionalo y tendrás los pads con todo el volumen. La segunda opción es mediante el programa en este caso el FL Studio. Vete a la opción de "Options" y de ahí a "MIDI Settings" habrá dos opciones hasta abajo llamadas "Link note on velocity to" y "Link Relese velocity to" a lado de esas opciones habrá un icono o una imagensita de una "Curvita", dale clic y sube a ambas curvas de las dos opciones tanto del velocity y del Relese hasta arriba, cuanto termines dale en la opción de "Accept" y ya no tendrás ese problema con el velocity y el Relese al momento de tocar las teclas y los pads y si quieres tenerlo como antes solo dale en el botón de "Reset" Espero haberte ayudado! :)
