Great speaker, it has that vintage 60s 70s style, and this one is made of wood which is great becaue orginal Marshall speakers used to be made of wood, and this is gold qulity vintgae style with morden tech. As I saw a tear down inside look video, it actully built quite well just feels like seeing inside those old radios, tvs, speakers and vcrs with those boards and wiring, you dont get qulity like this anymore and I like that they kept the originality of their brand and not go cheap like other manufacturers have.

The Marshall manual says it turns off after a 10 Min playback break automatically. This means disconnected Bluetooth. This time is too short to allow for short breaks in day to day use. Very inconvenient. Teufel has been doing the same in the cross. The Teufel even goes to standby while activity playing via aux.... Almost as if nobody has actually tested these speakers properly.

And you did not test these Speaker the same. I did. No problem. As with any modern bt 5.0 machine ;) But talking nonsense and bull without actually testing something. You sir, are part of generation useless. A special breed .. that is, well, useless

I ask this seriously- why would I want two different phones/devices connected to it? The only scenario I can picture is me battling with someone else who connected to it against my wishes.

Very good if you have two people who are "DJing" a party and they are switching back and forth every couple of songs. This way you don't have to turn off bluetooth on your phone and fumble with re-connecting phones every time you want to do this. Yes this is a real scenario, I did this at the lake with a friend last weekend. No we did not cut off/battle each others music.

Use this feature all the time my wife and I take turns playing music off our phones and we dont have to go to some menu or disable Bluetooth from one device so that the other device could connect. One of the best features. My thoughts were exactly as yours until I used it. Once you use it you'll want it on every speaker.
