Marry Me Chicken Recipe | Creamy Chicken Breast with Broccoli
Hey friends I hope you will in love with delicious and easy to make Marry Me Chicken Recipe, my take on it. This creamy chicken recipe with sun dried tomatoes has very rich flavors from cream, butter and herbs. Its so good and very popular.
INGREDIENTS
1Tbs Vegetable oil
1 Tbs Butter
2 lb. Chicken breast, skinless, boneless and trimmed of excess fat.
1/2 C All purpose flour
Salt and pepper
1 Shallot, finely diced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
1.5 C Chicken stock
1 Tsp Dried oregano
1/2 Tsp Dried thyme
1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes ( optional )
1 C Heavy cream
1/2 C Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 Sun dried tomatoes, cut into stripes
Fresh Basil or Parsley to finish and garnish ( I used parsley )
