Honestly speaking, there's no individuals or married couples who can do it on their own without the indepth understanding of the total concepts of what marriage means to God and what He expects from every covenanted marriages. As a married couples it is important to constantly seek wisdom and understanding through knowledge of God's word to help in dealing with marital issues.....It is easier to fix when both couples understands God's will and purposes for marriage and are willing to obey.

This has changed my entire view on marriage. I am a changed husband

Biblically speaking, the women in the Bible that God found a husband for were either virgins, or widows who married from their virginity. They were younger than 25 years old. And they sought the things of the Lord from their youth. Majority of women today traded their early marriage and childbearing years for the bad boy (the woman at the well was living in fornication with a man who was not her husband). Or they married a good man but ended up divorcing him for selfish reasons. They were neither prudent nor submissive. Very few good women are divorced by bad men (most of the bad men would stay married and have a "chick" on the side). The bible does not permit women to initiate a divorce. A divorced woman is to remain unmarried or reconcile with her husband only (1 Cor. 7:10-11). Only the man was allowed to divorce, and that for sexual immorality. So, these are some of the boxes you want to check off. If you became a Christian as an adult, then you have to make sure you are not divorced asking for God to find you a husband. Wait till you become a widow or reconcile with your previous husband. If you became a Christian as an adult and were never married, then you have to consider 1 Cor. 7:40 and 1 Tim. 5:9-12. Paul tells younger widows to marry because they will burn with lust, become busy bodies, and leave their first faith. Paul also tells this to unmarried women buring with passion (1 Cor. 7:8-9). This was seen as a woman under the age of 60 years old. Paul encouraged women older than 60 years old, past the flower of their youth, to stay single and serve the Lord. It was not a requirement for older widows, but it was encouraged because biologically speaking, you are not likely to be burning with sexual passion. Marriage is no longer needed to escape sexual temptations (1 Cor. 7:1).

I had an ugly argument last night with my husband. I was hurt by something my husband said he didn’t remember AND I went from 1-1000 😞. Thankfully I got convicted by the Holy Spirit to apologize for my out burst. In the past I would have just went to bed and let the cracks continue to spread. It did take me 15-20 min but I did apologize and it helped greatly. We continued a positive note this am. Lord please continue to bring to light the things I /we need to work on. Amen

I’m currently separated just over a month from my wife of 24 years and she says there is no fixing this and wants a divorce. I had a couple affairs and she did as well. I was not a man of God like I should’ve been. I’m working on my relationship with God daily and I continue to pray she changes as well and we can save our marriage. I love her dearly and made many mistakes and hurt her.

She has become part of this world now since we have separated and it's scary for me. She likes the feeling of being by herself and living alone, then fighting for our marriage. Still, Read the Scriptures for yourself! Who is the Creator the Author of marriage; Genesis 1 Also read Matthew 5: 31,32; 19: 3-12: Romans 7: 1-3. Marriage is a covenant between one husband and one wife till death do them part, and marriage is symbolic to being married to the Lord forever! Some of these are adulterous marriages anyway. You see folks ain't teaching about adulterous marriages. Some of these teachings sound like from a spiritual guru, or a philosopher, or a professor. Let's stick to what the Scriptures say about marriage, divorce, and remarriage. Adulterers shall not inherit the kingdom of God! Don't depend on a human being to teach you everything. Ain't no great or mighty man and woman of God on this earth period, regardless of who and how well known they are! God is the only Great and Holy One. If you are not a born again believer in Christ Jesus, it's time to receive salvation to be married to Christ!

I'm sorry that you have not found OR may not have seen one that You consider beautiful. It is real, when God is the foundation and the two are in love for the right reasons.

Please Pray for me and my wife’s Marriage I messed up two months ago and I’ve messed up multiple times with inequity My wife needs to see I’m changed and Know God wants out marriage to succeed We have a 10 month old boy I never wanted this to happen We’re currently separated and living away from each other but still married She told me she’s leaning to staying separated God has been doing a work in me and I believe He is in Her I’m not giving up Please pray for this The restoration of our marriage and that it’s better than it was She sees it won’t be the same and that’s okay but it will be similar And better We’re better together and I love her so much I will never love anyone else She’s my everything Under Jesus I won’t do what I did again to Jesus and fall into the same sin And in result I won’t do it to her Pray for our healing and healing together and us being happily married

Dear Pastor please pray for my Marriage restoration

I wish people understood the generational part..... As my parents who have been married for 34 years are in the middle of a divorce. I am married to a wonderful man (thank God for this blessing) and we have 3 amazing children. If nothing else this whole thing has taught me to cherish my husband more and to understand how important it is for us to fight for our marriage. It breaks my heart when people refuse to acknowledge the damage they are creating in future generations lives with their selfish decisions.

Please pray for my husband to be save and restore in our marriage.

Father God only you know what is needed. I ask that you fix anything that is broken, you are a promise keeper, miracle worker, light in the darkness, my God. I’m 22 years old and I been single all my life I have seen relationships in my family I seen everyone in my family date besides my grandmas and my dad plus my mom and my dad broke up after I was born I have seen friends into relationships from school my special needs friends I have always told myself as a single 22 year old special Ed person wait for God just wait on God and I’m glad Jesus is in my life and I been waiting on God ever since for God to find me the right one

What a word!!! I wish my husband and I heard this message before marriage. We've been married for 19 yrs and I'm struggling in this marriage because he broke our covenant vows. I had forgiven him. But, to find out he's still talking to her. I want my marriage and he says he does, but sometimes it doesn't appear that way. I am a pastor and it's been hard. However, I'll continue to pray for us.

Shakira, I am praying for you and your marriage. Your comment hit home for me as my wife has recently began talking to an old flame. This has destroyed me and I am battling everyday to try and find myself in this storm. I think we have to come to terms that our marriages are under attack. But we also must realize that in order to rebuild trust in our marriages our spouses have to be 110% fighting for our marriage as well. It is disheartening to hear that your husband is still betraying you and God's covenant. I hope that you can find strength in this time. God is with you and God is working in your life. ❤

Sometimes you need to leave....in such circumstances. If you let him go for some time maybe he will come to realize and change. Why would you stay if he is still unfaithful..? I was unfaithful , he left me. I have been alone for over 22 years. He never reconciled ! Hardening of heart.

Please pray for my daughter & son-in-law....both of their actions have caused pain in their marriage. My daughter is working hard to be better in counseling, working, school but her husband sees nothing he has done to hurt her emotionally. No matter what happens they need to be at peace with another since they have babies together. By the Grace of God I know things can improve for them both.

Please rethink the wording 'it's hard to fight alone'. You are not alone. You can call all heavely forces to save your marriage if you submit to Him. Then He can fight for you. I wish you victory and praise God for winning your battles.

Marriage is honorable. I'm praying for God's people who are married. God is able to do what He does, so I pray that God will cover our marriages.

I was looking for something totally different (selfish desires) to comfort my Soul today and decided to click on this even though I'm twice divorced, unmarried, and longing for a Godly woman who understands and submits to order. We need more pastors like Dr. Tony. Everyone is scared to speak on the fact that God does not approve of gay marriage. Too worried to loose money in their church.

My “man of God” husband abandoned me and my son whom he was a step dad to about 3 months ago. We’ve only been married since 2/22/2022. We even waited til our wedding night to be intimate to honor Jesus. Now he’s disappeared. I don’t know what to believe anymore, Jesus is Lord.. help us

Pray for my marriage, after 52 years, a step Son almost destroyed it, I had left, a stepson in charge, he webpnt to domenion Republic and left him alone and he had no food, God show me something was wrong, my husband lost 6 lbs, I went home to take care of my husband for the rest of our life, he is almost 90, I am 78, so my doctors said you need time away, you have been his care given since 1999. So my stepson whom I knew was trouble. God forgive him, I just praise God, I just thank God my husband is alive, we have a covenant, with each other, and with our mighty God.
