i am not a very experienced trader, but i hate the first HH HL channel type of action, an up rising channel usually result in a break down, vice versa, because the price is clearly not rising strongly, once it takes out the high, it retraces a lot, then takes out the high and retraces again, until buyers are exhausted and the up channel usually break down sharply and takes out all the swing low at once. and when it takes out the high and come back down, its hard to determine whether its a fake out and trap, or just a pull back of the up move...should i short? (the potential reward is big and your stop loss is near, attractive RR) or should i wait to place my long when it retraces down? very difficult, and some times, they could even do a range, give you 2 equal high and then continue to HH HL...

This is very remarkable explanation no Indeed...

Where do we start marking structure

Great video but I have a question, what is the candle stick formation that you use to say okay this is a high and this is a low, another question, in a uptrend for example, do you use the most recent low that the price made higher high after it or you use the lowest low price reached before making a higher high as a low? thank you

I'm asking about the highs and lows, what is your criteria to say okay this is a high and this is a low regardless of market structure (in general) ? I mean do you have to see like some sort of a candle stick formation in order to say that is a high and that is a low or it's just by eye ? second question as you might know that when it comes to market structure some people define that the most recent (either high in a down trend or low in a uptrend) is considered the strong structure, and some people define this strong structure as the lowest price reached before making a new weak structure(high in a uptrend or low in a downtrend), what is the thing that you use? hopefully you understood, thank you again!@@ETMFX
