im pretty sure that the tank shots make explosions and thats what is programed to hurt the mech, since the balls they shoot out also explode

Ok MUSHROOM KINGDOM NEWS! We just found our favorite Italian plumber, Mario dead in the Mushroom Kingdoms Forest. We asked his partner, Cappy what happened and Cappy replied that he was fighting goombas and got hit by too many. Cappy then stated that he died from a heart attack.

At 19:40 the thing that killed you was probably the coin counter

@Sam Alison the coin count had been going down during the fight, and it had been around 200s since the start of the bowsers fight. Also when he died and respawned he got the 200s back. If the heart was there I feel like it would of killed him the 2nd time aswell as he was moving pretty slowly to make sure he didn't die.

he dropped coins when he died. if he had died to coins, his coin counter would have been at 0 so no coins would have dropped after dying

That was something we were going to do with some of the mods but it's really really hard to balance, at some point maybe we'll do an update for the mod with a different gimmick attached

I think some challenges work better for highlights, and others work better for the paper mario story format. For this one I don't think it would have fit as well with the Paper Mario format.

The heart reminds me of the Super Mario 64 Green Demon challenge. It would be cool to see that challenge in Super Mario Odyssey but instead of red coins, you grab moon shards. Of course with a faster heart similar to the Green Demon's speed. I'm amazed that you were able to beat the game with all of those mods, good job!

I haven’t seen a boss fight like that since Smant fought the dragon with the Cappy kills Mario mod

This is actually so fun, every time you do this challenge it'll be a different order and thus different game 😊 and more mods can be added over time as well. But please fir, never make yourself do thid with all moons 😂

What I learned from this is that you don't have enough mods. You need at least three times as many so you don't run out. Or just make it so the mods can be gotten multiple times, each time increasing the severity of the mod.

When he's leaving luncheon and the video isn't even halfway through yet, you know things are gonna get crazy

This was a great challenge, but can it be made worse if it can be made with more mods and duplicates are allowed? Well, getting duplicates will make the duplicated mod be more painful! Examples = Goomba Spawn v2 makes Goomba spawn faster, Coin Drain v2 makes the coin drain faster and Killer heart v2 makes the killer heart faster and/or makes two appear at the same time! You surely took your time beating Bowser but idk if the "improvements" makes the challenge easier. Incase it gets too hard there might be hard chances that the mods do revert aka it removes an activated mod (but the removed mod might return)
